We love the combination of technology, business, research/science, and psychology that exists within digital marketing, market research and analytics, and marketing strategy/planning. In addition to passion, we have the knowledge and expertise. Most importantly, we’ll be upfront about the things we don’t have knowledge and expertise in! As they say, “the devil is in the details”. We believe that research, strategies, and plans are important but unless they address the details and are executed they are nothing more than a pieces of paper. Admittedly, details and execution can be messy and hard. Our desire to deliver results for our clients drives us to dig in and get our hands dirty and to think through and address any obstacles to execution; be they time, money, people, process, or technology.
Professional And Authentic
We are real people, authentic, and human. As we humans we recognize that we may make mistakes, or recommendations, and decisions that don’t perform as expected. If this happens we’ll admit it, do our best to remedy it, and learn from it. The only way to solve a problem/mistake is to admit there was one and address it. This can be a difficult thing to do, but we find it refreshing and preferable to the alternative.
