Even though we are unable to provide you with a list of prices before sitting down with you, we do adhere to a standard pricing philosophy. Our pricing philosophy aligns with who we are and how we’re different.
Only recommend services that we would use
If we think your time and money would be better spent elsewhere, we will point you elsewhere. We won’t try to sell you on something that we don’t believe will provide value to your business and we will even turn down business if we don’t think it makes sense.
We seek relationships that benefit both our clients and ourselves. We want relationships that provide value to you and financial incentive to us.
Provide an estimate early on
We don’t want to waste our time or yours, so we will provide an estimate of the cost for an effort early on.
We will balance the estimated cost and benefits of any work we do, so you aren’t spending time and money on something that won’t provide more cost than benefit.
We tailor our scope of work to your business’s needs and won’t “package” services or solutions that you don’t need, or that you could have someone else take care of for cheaper.
We work with you to come up with compensation options that both of us are comfortable with and that make sense. We are open to different options (e.g. hourly, deliverable, results based, joint ventures, etc.) and are willing to get creative to find the right option for our relationship.
Upfront about ongoing costs
We don’t like the “bait and switch” or “surprise costs” and assume you don’t either, so we want to be up front about the total costs involved in an initiative. This means that we will let you know what our costs are and do our best to inform you of any other costs that may be involved in anything we recommend or do.
